WFM 2024 SUMMER CONCERTS FESTIVAL

Concerts start at 5:30 pm and are approx. 1 hour 30 min. long followed by a reception with the musicians with bubbly and snacks.
Doors open at 5 pm.

Children and students are always admitted FREE

And here we go - board member Waltraud Tammen introduces the New Baroque Soloists.

The Historic Meeting House on the Green is filling up quickly. Last chance to get a first row seat!

The NBS string section warming up with Song-A Cho (violin), first time in Washington is Serafim
Smigelsky (cello) and Vincent Lionti (viola). Vinnie has been playing for us in several summer  festivals but performing in Washington on New Year's Day was a first for him, too. As a member of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra he had to arrange for special permission from the Met to play on this day in Washington and not in NYC.


One of the stars of the evening: Song-A Cho is getting ready for another flawless performance in Washington, CT.
